Good Leader
I think, to be a good leader you need to keep up your confidence level,
and assure everyone that setbacks are natural and the important thing is
to focus on the larger goal. As the leader, by staying calm and
confident, you will help keep the team feeling the same. Remember, your
team will take cues from you, so if you exude a level of calm damage
control, your team will pick up on that feeling. The key objective is to
keep everyone working and moving ahead. You also need to give you're
member a good relationship.
A good leader know how to disseminate his member to know what will be
there work because there are cases that the member of the group are
lazy, so if the leader will not do anything his member will not
participate to the group. So i realized that we need to be a role model
to them, learn how to smile, persuade them to agree to your plan which
have a good purpose, also to build confidence and relationship to the
group members.
A good leader do knows and understand the needs of his/her employees and take in consideration their feelings and talk to them directly when needed
A good leader needs to be an example to his followers. Leaders should create leaders
1. Honesty
2. Generosity
3. Smarts
4. Calm
5. Cool etc.
A Good leader should have the following skills: great level of communication, inspire team members, positive attitude, confidence, and honesty.
A good leader is a good listener. A leader should see his subordinates equally. A good leader should know the priorities. A leader should stand strong on his decisions. A good leader should share success with his subordinates/people, and not blame them if you the leader, fail. A good leader must be courageous and focus to everything he does. He must have integrity, honesty and believes in teamwork.
To be a good leader, you must have the confidence to keep calm in a fast-pace and stressful environment and of course, not forgetting about the well-being of your fellow constituents.
Being a leader is very important part in a community. If there i no leader a world we have today. To be a leader you should know obey first before you act on your own way. Knowing your comrades strength and weaknesses i also more benefit to contribute to your group or team.
For me a good leader must have this attitude being strict he can assure that his/her group will co-operate to him/her.Then understanding a leader must have an understanding mind so that he can listen to the options and ideas of his/her group lastly he/she don't quit because a group cannot called a group if their is no leader.

will be many obstacles and challenges that must be faced and passed with
power as a leader. Do not be afraid of a failure, even if it is a
failure that we think is great. When we are able to confront and rise,
that is the time when we have passed one part to become a better leader.
